Which TVGuardian Do I Need?
 

The TVGuardian model is determined by the way you connect the TVGuardian to your TV. 

Do you use a TV Antenna or a Cable directly from the wall?
You will need a tuner. Click here to see the tuner we recommend. 

TV Antenna or Cable (straight from the wall) -->  Tuner  --> TVGuardian --> TV

If you use any of the following tuners, you need to know how you connect them to your TV in order to know which TVGuardian you need.

• Cable Box
• Sattelite Receiver
• U-verse
• FiOS
• DVD Player
   

The TVGuardian 401 SD only uses RCA (Red, White and Yellow) or S-video cables.

The TVGuardian 501 HD only uses the new HDMI cables.
